The John Krauland, Jr. Memorial Foundation is proud to announce the John Krauland, Jr. Memorial Scholarship for students from the Knoch, Deer Lakes, or Seneca Valley School Districts. The foundation is seeking applicants who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, participated in a high school sport or extracurricular activity, and are actively involved in their church or community volunteering.

The scholarship recipient will receive $1,500 toward tuition, with the opportunity for renewal for up to four years, provided the student maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

To be eligible, applicants must be high school seniors planning to attend a four-year college or university in the fall of 2025.

To apply, students must submit:

• A completed application form

• Three letters of recommendation: one from a teacher, one from a coach, and one from a church leader or volunteer supervisor

• An official high school transcript

• A one-page personal essay
