2019
The Foundation had the honor of assisting families in meaningful ways throughout 2019:
Donated to a family mourning the unexpected loss of a 29-year-old husband and father of two, offering support during an unimaginable time.
Provided assistance to a family who lost their home, belongings, and vehicle in a devastating house fire.
Contributed donations to all three West Deer Fire Departments, in appreciation of their service and dedication to the community.
Made a special donation to the West Deer Dog Shelter in honor of Allie, John’s beloved golden retriever. After John’s passing, Allie would sit by the driveway waiting for him to come home. In memory of their bond, the foundation supported the shelter with hopes that other dogs will find loving forever homes. We’re grateful to the volunteers who give these dogs love during such a scary time in their lives.
Assisted a family in Cabot following the loss of their mother, helping ease financial burdens during their time of grief.
Supported a local veteran and his family facing ongoing health battles. After undergoing a leg amputation due to complications from multiple surgeries, he was later diagnosed with a brain tumor. The foundation offered assistance as he bravely recovered from both surgeries.
Donated to a family who suffered roof damage following a severe windstorm, helping with essential home repairs.
Provided aid to a family experiencing financial hardship after two months of unemployment, helping them catch up on bills after returning to work.
